The average price automotive gas oil November 2011 is used to determine the fuel surcharge of January 2012.

For example:
The average price per 1000L diesel in November 2011 is € 1.414,97. This amount could be found in the index table in the column between € 1,40 and € 1,42, resulting in 7,5% surcharge.
