DHL personally delivers your shipment at the receivers address. Therefore we do not accept shipments addressed to mail boxes.
Please note that your shipment will be delayed when the postal code, streetname or housenumber is incorrect. We advise you to use proper and complete addresses!

DHL will collect your shipment on business days during business hours. Make sure that you are present; otherwise you will need to arrange a new pick-up and your shipment will be collected and delivered later than originally planned.

When you are not present on the day of the planned pick-up or in case there is another reason why the collection of your shipment has not succeeded, please call our Customer Service on +352 35 09 09 to arrange a new pick-up. Please mention to Customer Service your account number (if available) and that it concerns a DHL ShipNow pick-up, booked via internet, and please mention the Service type (kind of product) that you have chosen.

If you are a user without a DHL account number, you have to offer your parcel(s) to DHL unsealed (open). DHL might check the content of your parcel(s).

Transit times differ per destination and product. You can check the transit time of your shipment using Ship Now. The transit times are indicative and not guaranteed and do not include customs handling

You need to print your labels. You also have the option to print out a shipment receipt and a payment receipt. We advise you to print these documents and store them well. All important information of your shipment is printed on these receipts.
