ID Requirements for collecting your DHL parcel
To collect a parcel from a DHL Service Point, proof of identity is required.

If you are collecting in person, you must bring 2 forms of ID.
  1. Photo ID e.g. driving licence or passport
  2. Proof of name and address e.g. recent utility bill or bank statement

If someone is collecting on your behalf, they will need 3 forms of ID.
  1. A letter from the original recipient of the parcel containing the following information:
    - Waybill Number
    - Date the DHL courier attempted delivery and left a card
    - Full address of recipient
    - Recipient's signature
    - Copy of recipient's photo ID (e.g. driving licence or passport)
  2. Photo ID e.g. driving licence or passport
  3. Proof of name and address e.g. recent utility bill or bank statement
